English Streetlights Online
www.streetlightonline.co.uk
Mike Barford's long running and excellent site showing his vast collection of lanterns as well as loads of photos, articles and videos of streetlighting, mainly in the Derby area. There are many examples of 'Survivors of the past' and coverage of the rapid changeover of Derby's Lighting as part of the new PFI contract in place. This site is the first one I found on line and it made me realise that I wasn't the only person interested in streetlighting.
